Return & Refund Policy – Sino Pak NOVA

Customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities at Sino Pak NOVA.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect found
  • Product significantly different from description

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Local Orders: Within 3 days of receiving product
  • International Orders: Within 7 days of receiving product

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products
  • Clearance items
  • Digital products
  • Opened consumable products
  • Products damaged by misuse

4. Condition for Returns

  • Products must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Invoice or order number must be included
  • All accessories must be included (if applicable)

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days after inspection and approval
  • Refunds will be processed via original payment method where possible

6. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.

7. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and pool buying transactions may follow customized return terms agreed before order confirmation.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

9. Fraud Prevention

Sino Pak NOVA reserves the right to reject fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious claims.
